1. We will create a custom graphic for your league, see our galleries for examples

2. The only thing we will need from the organization is a date, time, location and a .csv file that has the players' first and last name and parent contact information.

3. We photograph every athlete individually, we run through two-three poses.  From these poses we generate a couple of photos of them individually and we create a team photo.  There is no need to get the team together physically for the team photo.

4. From the .csv file, we create a gallery for each player and email the parents the link.  There is no obligation for the families to purchase anything, they only purchase if they like the photos.  We usually get around an 80% purchase rate.

5.  Parents will choose a package and then they can choose other products a là carte such as, water bottles, playing cards, magnets, other prints and downloads.

6.  The league doesn't have to do a thing other than step 2.  We take care of everything, even delivering the products.  The league will also receive a percentage of the profits back.
